Report a calculator issue

Include the calculator name, the measurement system and a small example that shows the problem. Explain what you expected and what appeared. Only include measurements you are comfortable sharing; never send passwords or payment details.

Suggestions and corrections

Tell us which task you are trying to complete and what would help. For an article correction, include the page and a relevant source where possible.

What helps us reproduce an issue

• The page address and whether you used English or German.
• Your device, browser and selected US or metric units.
• The relevant dimensions, bag yield or product coverage, allowance and displayed result.
• The result you expected and the calculation or product label behind it.

For example, a report might say: “On the concrete calculator, a rectangular 10 × 10 ft slab at 4 inches with no allowance gives 33.333 cubic feet. My bag says 0.6 cubic feet of mixed yield; I expected 56 whole bags.” Those details let us repeat the same arithmetic without needing your address or project documents.

Check the assumptions first

A blank density leaves the weight unknown. Bag counts use the labeled volume or mixed yield, not just the weight printed on the package. Allowances and whole-package rounding can change the order quantity. Our calculation methods explain these rules.

Questions about a project

We can receive feedback about how the tools work. Product suitability, structural design and installation requirements should be checked with your supplier or the qualified professional responsible for your project. If you attach a screenshot, crop out private information before sending it.
